Most tours are available on standard or electric bikes, or a mixture of both. Some options are also available as a walking tour, which is great for larger groups as bike inventory is limited.

BOOKING PROCESS
We do not offer online booking for guided tours. They are designed to cultivate stronger relationships among our guests, ourselves, and our community, and that relationship begins with a real conversation to get to know your group's unique needs and tailor an experience to embrace those.

Contact us! Call, email or fill out our contact form so we can identify the details needed to fulfill your goals and draft a custom proposal that you can share with your crew.

Deposit: Once details are finalized, Beyond Boulder Adventures will send you a PayPal Invoice for the total estimated amount. A 50% partial payment must be paid within 2 business days to secure your reservation.

Sizes: For guided bike tours, we will need guest heights ASAP so we can work on sourcing the appropriate bikes.

Final guest count: for guided bike tours we need this 1-2 weeks prior to the tour date, so we can make adjustments to equipment needs and final balance due.

Final Balance: payment is due 1-2 weeks before the tour, depending on the complexity and customization involved.

Gratuity: You are welcome to add a gratuity to your PayPal invoice or directly to your guides with cash or Venmo.
