Private Group Adventures in Boulder

Are you hosting a meeting or conference near Boulder? Does your organization have a corporate wellness or community service program? Did your team or BFF just hit a milestone worth celebrating?

Ride or walk with Beyond Boulder Adventures and your group will get outside, get energized, and get inspired by Boulder’s incredible natural and cultural icons. Plus, they will have the opportunity to contribute to the community, try new things, discover hidden gems, and do A LOT of toasting.

Here are some of our most popular options, but if you want to combine or create something from scratch, just give us the word.

Most tours are available on standard or electric bikes, or a mixture of both. Some options are also available as a walking tour, which is great for larger groups as bike inventory is limited.

WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS TO BOOK A PRIVATE TOUR?

  1. Contact us! Call, email or fill out our contact form so we can get to know your goals and identify the details needed to fulfill those. Especially for our Corporate Tours, we want to make sure that the experience is memorable and adds any team-building components that you want to include.

  2. Deposit: Once details are finalized, Beyond Boulder Adventures will send you a PayPal Invoice for the total amount. A 50% deposit or more must be paid within 2 business days of receiving the invoice to secure your reservation.

  3. Sizes: For guided bike tours, we will need guest heights so we can work on sourcing the appropriate bikes.

  4. Final guest count: for guided bike tours we need this 1-2 weeks prior to the tour date, so we can make adjustments to equipment needs and final balance due. Walking tour pricing is based on a flat fee up to a certain quantity of guests, offering  more flexibility for changes to group size closer to the tour date.

  5. Final Balance: payment is typically due 1-2 weeks before the tour, depending on the complexity and customization involved.

  6. Gratuity: You are welcome to add a gratuity to your PayPal invoice prior to submitting payment for the final balance. Once the invoice is paid in full, it can no longer be adjusted to include gratuity or add/remove guests. Gratuity can also be paid directly to your guides on the day of the tour with cash or Venmo.

  7. Cancellations: We will cancel a tour if there is hail or lightning in the forecast and provide a full refund. Tours will still run if there is rain, and we are happy to provide ponchos to those without rain jackets. If the customer must cancel after a payment is made, we cannot guarantee any refunds, but will certainly try to work with you if there are extenuating circumstances.
